Development Log July #2

Hello, everyone!

I’m eager to bring you the newest updates from our active development studio. Here’s a breakdown of what we’ve been focused on this week:

Jesse new event Preparation:

  • Prepared the location: Set up the location, added necessary scene elements, installed lighting, and optimized the scene.
  • Frame-by-frame plan: Created a detailed shot plan outlining the composition of each shot, including foreshortening, angles, and other crucial shot descriptions.
  • Scene posing: Initiated the posing of scenes for Jesse's event.

Susan event review and updates:

  • Reviewed static renders: Conducted a thorough review to ensure all renders align perfectly with the event dialog. This review helped identify missing frames and gaps in the scene, which were subsequently addressed.
  • Posing additional renders: Performed posing for additional static renderings that were identified as missing during the review process.
  • Dialog corrections: Corrected the dialogs for Susan's event to enhance clarity and coherence.

Rendering week progress:

  • Static renders: Completed rendering of 110 static images, including new additions and corrections for Susan's event.
  • Animations: Rendered 4 animations from the global rendering queue.

Thanks for checking in! That’s the latest for this week. What part of our development process would you like to know more about?
